Following a successful Japanese release, developer KOEI TECMO announced earlier today that Attack on Titan
will be getting a western release. The hack-and-slash game is set to closely follow the story from the first season of the anime by the same name, and will feature characters that fans of the series will be familiar with.
For those who are unfamiliar with the show, Attack on Titan
follows the journey of three friends who join the scout-regiment in order to help protect their walled city from giant, man eating titans. KOEI TECMO has said that they will release more information about the games plot, playable characters and more in the next few weeks, but for now we have been given a handful of screenshots showing off the game itself. First off is a set of screens from the different locations you'll be visiting throughout the game:

Attack on Titan
is set to release for the Xbox One on August 26th across Europe, and August 30th in America.
