Summer Spotlight Starts Today on Xbox Live

By Kelly Packard,
Major Nelson has announced the Summer Spotlight program is back once again and starts today. Running for the next six weeks, the program will feature digital titles weekly that players can earn Xbox Live Rewards credits for purchasing. One of the goals of the program is to shine some light on indie titles.

Players have from now until September 5th to earn 4,000 reward credits for spending $40 US on featured games. This week's featured titles are the already-released Kerbal Space Program, The Solus Project, Sword Coast Legends, We Happy Few, Dungeon Punks and Hyper Light Drifter. Action News Heroes will be joining the party tomorrow on July 27th, and the hotly-anticipated new Uno title is listed for July 29th despite being originally announced for an August 9th release date. Whether this means the game is out on Friday or will be available for pre-purchase is unclear.
