New Gameplay Footage and UK Pre-Order Bonuses For RIDE 2

By Lexley Ford, 1 month ago
Last month it was announced that fans who pre-order RIDE 2 would receive two bonus DLC bikes. Publisher PQube has now announced that pre-orders in the UK will come with one of two special bonuses depending on where the pre-order is placed.

Those who pre-order their copy of RIDE 2 from ASDA will receive the two bonus DLC bikes and helmet bonus pack announced last month:

  • Suzuki Hayabusa 2015: Hayabusa is a Japanese term which means peregrine falcon, and it’s a synonym of the incredible speed of this vehicle produced since 1999. The Hayabusa accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3 seconds and reaches 200 km/h in 7.3 seconds.
  • Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory 2015: The Factory version was a further evolution of the RSV4 project, and it was designed with the laudable intention of creating the fastest bike on the track. This model was conceived as the missing link between a standard production model and the bike that won the Superbike Championship.
  • 10 helmets: A pack that includes the most iconic brand in the world like: Nolan, X-Lite, Suomi, AGV and much much more.
UK Pre-order ASDA

Whereas pre-orders from GAME will receive a Limited Edition Visual Book:

Limited Edition Visual Book – an EXCLUSIVE premium companion book, featuring the favourite bikes of RIDE 2’s development team, along with commentary and detail on each of these beautiful machines.
UK Pre-order GAME

For those who don’t pre-order the game, or pre-order from GAME, the DLC also will be available at launch for €3.99, or your regional equivalent.

We also have a couple of new gameplay videos to share with you. The first of these trailers details the wet weather conditions that will be introduced in RIDE 2 as a new feature. By using official grip curve data provided by Metzeler, Milestone believes that the wet tarmac should feel as real as possible.

We also get a look at an entire lap of the Guia Street Circuit in Macau from the back of the Aprilia RSV4-R APRC Racing Version. The weather is looking a lot better over in China too.

RIDE 2 is due to launch on October 7th.
