I loved the first one of the PC(Haven't had a chance to check out the 360 version yet).
Nice to know it's the same main character from the first game, he looks different though. |

I still haven't played the first yet although I have a copy.
Not going in with high expectations, but I think I'll be presently surprised!

| Wow that was a great trailer! The character models look amazing in this game and the freaky voodoo ending was sweet haha. I'll have to check the first Risen out now. Never really heard much about this game |

The first was a great game spoilt by sub par controls and technical issues, but it's probably the closest game I've played to Morrowind and I really enjoyed it.
It's very much an old school RPG and a lot of people can't get into it because it hasn't been blended with another genre like most modern RPGs do today (e.g. Mass Effect 2's combat driven gameplay, Oblivion's FPS style).
If they keep the atmosphere of the first game and improve the engine, I'm on board. |
