Yoostar 2: In The Movies DLC for 26th April, 2011

Yoostar 2: In The Movies DLC for 26th April, 2011

You simply cannot refuse the scenes on offer this week!

Written by KeithBGray on 26 April 11 at 20:15

Today, Yoostar 2: In The Movies witnesses another bunch of scenes joining its ever-expanding collection.

First off, there's a new five-scene pack, especially for kids:

Kids! Scene Pack
Barney - “The Rocket Song”
Hotel for Dogs - “Keep your paws inside the vehicle”
The Spiderwick Chronicles - “Ride the Griffin!”
The Wizard of Oz - “Is that the witch?” and “Toto didn't mean to”

Please note that “Keep your paws inside the vehicle” from Hotel for Dogs was already released as an individual scene on March 29th, 2011.

You should also be aware that the "Ride the Griffin!" and "The Rocket Song" scenes from the "Kids! Scene Pack" have been released as individual scenes this week.

The following individual scenes are the latest to be released:

Star Trek: Generations - “I take it the odds are against us”
The Terminator - “You know your weapons”
The Godfather - “Luca Brasi and Don Corleone”
Beverly Hills Cop II - “You've stolen this house”
The Hangover - “I'm going to propose to Melissa”
Batman - “Get in the car”
Superman Returns - “Save Metropolis”
Rocky II - “I am a fighter”
Meet the Parents - “Practice proposal”
King Kong - “Kong hails a cab”

"Save Metropolis!" was previously released as part of the "Heroes Scene Pack" (see the earlier link to the March 29th article for full details).

In the usual fashion, you should hit the Games Marketplace to add DLC scenes to your download queue. Feel free to take a look at all of the scene packs and individual scenes which have been released previously. Scene packs are priced at 560 MSP, with the exception of the "Ben Stiller Scene Pack" and the "Blade Runner Scene Pack" (click here for details about the contents of those scene packs), which will set you back slightly less at 400 MSP each. All individual scenes are available at 160 MSP each, except the "Underwater bliss" scene, which costs 80 MSP.

Alright!
Kids scene's pack is a must buy.

Except of course, that the Wizard of Oz is not a movie suitable for children.

It's definitely not a game without some bugs or issues, but it is still a lot of fun, just not (for an adult) everyday fun. Kids love it, and its great at parties.
Killer Punks...all that needs to be said.

It's a pretty hilarious game. Obviously it's not for everyone but for messing around and having some light-hearted fun it's good! Plus you can do the 'IT'S NOT A TUMOUR' scene from Kindergarten Cop. Totally makes the purchase worthwhile for that alone...

You have 24% completion though. I'm confused.

BTW completionist are idiots so I'm not saying 24% is bad, I look at 24% and think it's better then 90+% anyday!
