New Guardian Heroes Details Emerge

Sega of Japan has launched a teaser site for their recently announced HD remake of the Sega Saturn classic, Guardian Heroes.

Along with the site comes confirmation that the game will cost 800 MSP and will feature online and local play across various game modes. The story mode can be played by up to two players online, while the versus mode will support up to twelve players. If local versus is your thing, Guardian Heroes allows for up to four players to join the fray.

Another interesting note from the site is that, while the game has been rebalanced for its XBLA release, options will be available to return the game to its original settings. That's right, you can play Guardian Heroes in its original 32-bit glory if it pleases you.

Sega of Japan also published several screenshots on the game site.
