MK Pre-Order Skins Will Be Available For Purchase

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment revealed that those character skins which were previously only available as pre-order incentives for those who purchased Mortal Kombat early will soon be available for purchase on the Xbox Live Marketplace.

So, if you been eagerly awaiting your chance to play as Sub-Zero, Mileena, Scorpion, Reptile, Ermac, Jade and Kitana in their klassic costumes, or you longed to see the klassic fatalities for Reptile, Scorpion and Sub-Zero, you're wait is nearly over. This pack will be available on June 7th for. 400 MSP.

This also seems like a good opportunity to inform you all that Mortal Kombat was recently tweked some due to a Hotfix for the game. That's right, no patch installation required!

Here's a full list of changes brought by the Hotfix:

Reduced some of Kung Lao's combo and overall damage.
Reduced the damage on some special moves.
Increased the damage scaling after Kitana's Enhanced ground fan toss.
Adjusted some juggle's damage scaling.
Reduced the damage on some basic combos that were doing too much damage without using any meter.
Increased Sheeva's damage output for several of her moves and attacks.
Temporarily Changed around some of Sonya's fighting style properties to reduce her ability to lock someone down in block stun.
Changed Kano's Towards Front Kick to a low block.
Reduced the recovery on Kano's Upball to be closer to Johnny Cage's Flip Kick recovery.
Increased the damage of some of Baraka's special moves and attacks.
It is easier to juggle combo after hitting someone with Baraka's chopchop on the ground.
Increased the damage scaling on a frozen opponent.
Baraka's Away Front Kick, Front Punch combo is now a true popup.
Reduced some of Reptile's combo damage.
These changes are apparently only the tip of the iceberg, as a full-fledged patch is currently in development and will be released at some future time.
