E3 2011: Konami Unveils Leedmees

By Michelle Balsan, 5 years ago
Sure, we all knew E3 would bring about a rush of information about old, familiar IPs, but what sometimes gets lost in the mix is that a bunch of new IPs are announce as well. One of the many new IPs announce at E3 is Konami's Kinect puzzler, Leedmees.

Much like Lemmings, which at the very least seems to have inspired this title, you are tasked with guiding small, misguided creatures, in this case the titular Leedmees, to safety. Unlike Lemmings, however, Leedmees challenges you to use your whole body to ensure that your charges survive. Your arms can function as bridges, while your legs may be used to operate switches.

Leedmees will include 50 single player levels and another 12 levels featuring side-by-side co-op play. The title is set to debut on XBLA this summer. No pricing information is available at this time.
