Game play that I love? ummm not really. I only did it for the achievements.
I want to know more about Beast mode personally. But Horde 2.0 looks nice. |

| This just looks better and better each time I see it, the MP beta was great, the single player will be usual standard I assume and now this improved horde mode and beast mode as well means this will be good value for money and a contender for my game of the year |

The only thing I didn't like is buying a life... Maybe it's ok if it's restricted to one buy-life a wave (or maybe 10 waves?) for each person. Otherwise it will turn to team deathmatch versus a bunch of bots... What others think about it?

| Good to see that Epic aint resting on their laurels with Gears 3. Anything that increases the teamwork needed to get me and my mates through to the next wave is good in my opinion. Bring on the locust!! |

Besides that Horde 2.0 looks great!I'll be the one to agree with you as nobody else seemed to pick up on this. Personally I won't buy lives and I'll just spend it all on defenses such as walls and turrets, unless an achievement is involved of course. Otherwise it will be far too similar to team deathmatch only with the occasional bigger enemies.
Also, boss waves are a WIN. I'm glad to see all of these improvements to horde as it looks as if it will last longer than it did in gears 2, which got boring rather quickly. All of these improvements they are making with this game and what I've already played in the beta pretty much have me stoked for this game. Personal GOTY? Most likely.  |

| i've always been competitive on gears 1 and 2, competing online and such, and I played horde on gow2 and enjoyed it for a little while, but would not want to do it ever again. but this.... this looks like you can play it anytime.... It looks as if it has a much larger replay value and looks very fun :) |
