Beleram, The Great Eagle is the focus of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment's latest video offering in the relation to upcoming action-RPG title, Lord of the Rings: War in the North
Released today, the newest addition (embedded below) in a long line of gameplay vignettes, shows how Beleram assists the "strategic alliance" in overcoming their enemies in the raging battle to secure Northern Middle-earth.
Those of you who cannot view the video will likely appreciate the following description of what Beleram is capable of:
Ripping enemies limb from limb, grabbing foes in his talons and flinging them off cliffs, destroying enemy structures and taking to the air in defence of the Fellowship; while Beleram cannot be tamed or owned, his strength can be called upon to save the North of Middle-Earth. Closing with a final image of the eagle smiting a foul Fell Beast, Beleram is one of a handful of heroes that stand in Sauron’s path in the North.
This is not the first mention of Beleram's involvement in Lord of the Rings: War in the North
, as The Great Eagle was introduced
previously. More recently, during this year's E3 event, several screenshots
were revealed to showcase the Fellowship's biggest asset further.
The epic battle is set to continue, when Lord of the Rings: War in the North
is released later this year.
