Konami has today announced that the latest addition to their yearly soccer franchise, Pro Evolution Soccer 2012, will be hitting store shelves on October 14th.
The game promises (as it does every year) to be "the most ambitious and advanced football experience ever", and a large number of trailers have already been released showcasing some of the gameplay improvements, including last week's trailer detailing the new teammate control feature.
To further convince you that PES 2012 is must-have football (soccer) game this year, another trailer has today been released detailing the new and improved one on one control system.
The additions we have made in terms of Teammate Control, Active AI and Off the Ball Control and elevate the level of play to new heights. No other game allows users so much control over their team, and PES 2012 ensures that the days of gaps in defence and shouting at teammates to make a run are long gone. This is a very exciting time to be a PES fan, and we are delighted that we can set a firm date for football fans to mark in their calendars.
No word on the press release if the October 14th release date is for all regions, but with the 14th being a Friday, it would be safe to say this will be the definate release date for Europe.
