Asura's Wrath Screens and Video Released

When the God Asura has his luck turn badly, it does so in a big way. See, many years ago, he was one of the "The Eight Guardian Generals" who protect civilization in the realm of Shinkoku from the destructive force known as Gohma. With victory achieved, a massive celebration was held, only that celebration was marred when the Emperor of Shinkoku was assassinated. Unfortunately for Asura, the blame for this is placed squarely on him.

As if things were not bad enough, Asura's wife is murdered and his daughter is kidnapped. In one further blow, he is stripped of all of his powers and sent to Earth.

12,000 years later, Asura is awakened, and vows to take his revenge on those that betrayed him and thus, we have the premise for Capcom's upcoming Asura's Wrath.

Capcom has just released a slew of new screens, as well as a new gameplay video, in an effort to entice you to take up your controller and guide Asura in his quest for revenge.
