Prototype 2 Blackwatch Trailer

Prototype 2 Blackwatch Trailer

This Spring, you will believe a man can uppercut a helicopter

Written by Dog of Thunder on 17 August 11 at 12:45

Did you miss out on Prototype and find yourself wondering what is going on? How does the story of the first game tie into Prototype 2? Wonder no more as you sit back, relax and watch the latest Prototype 2 trailer from the perspective of evil-agency-up-to-no-goodish-things, Blackwatch.

I love how the trailer for the original Prototype had Alex Mercer dropkick a helicopter. The new guy, James Heller, gets to uppercut a helicopter in the sequel. Curious about Sergeant James Heller's involvement in Prototype 2? Head on back into our archives for a moment and refresh yourself with the E3 trailer.

Radical Entertainment's Prototype 2 is due for release Spring 2012.

As long as the story is improved over the original. I didn't think the game was as great as my friends made it seem but it was enjoyable for the most part.

Enjoyed the first one. Will get this one when it comes down in price though. Too many other 'must haves' coming out.

As is the case every time Prototype is brought up, I have to remind everyone about Penny Arcade's awesome take on the title.

The strapline is just incredibly apropos. ;)

the first prototype was really beast. the story was awsome cause you had to find out what really happened by yourself. so if a person says the story was somewhat wierd, is cause he didn´t dig enough to find the truth.

Still haven't played the first.
But, I'm thinking the protaganist was already cooler in the first.

Hope I like both when I inevitably get them.
Peace Minus One - Alan Wake is on sale for $5, American Nightmare for $4.. well worth the price if you haven't played them!

Looking forward to this for sure. I sided with Prototype in the INfamous vs. Prototype war (yeah, yeah.. ps3.. whatever). Both were good games but in the end it came down to pure brutality.. Prototype has it, INfamous... not so much. Plus, why climb a building when you can just run up it? Now they just need to add some Heller/Mercer co-op story mode.. not gonna hold my breath though.

DAMMIT!

When does Saint's Row 3 come out again?

The first one was fun for me. I don't like open-world games usually, but Prototype somehow overcame that.
