Although I'm still going to get this. Seems like they took out that crappy armor system, which was what I hated most about IV. |

| I dont mind what theyre doing with SC V by making a new tale with a new generation, but they better not pull something like they did with SC IV and put something dumb like Star Wars...still the biggest smh in any game I have ever played ( love SC, really hate Star Wars, big kick in the pants when I found out that). I also think they should re-do SC III and make it for XBOX 360 like what Halo did and also add SC II, the game that introduce me what SC was. |

Please please please don't have taken any characters out from IV!
I hate it when developers go backwards.
The game really does need Cervantes, Seigfried, Talim, Voldo, Rock, and Taki.
I saw Voldo, and I saw what I think was Seigfried but he had long hair? and maybe a Taki-esque character. The rest are still missing. I loved SCIV and even the armor system worked well imo, added something a bit different to the franchise.
Also I'm holding out for a top quality story mode and Tower Of Souls to make a return.
Before I have these things confirmed I'm not getting day one, like I originally planned on doing. |

Smokin Joey, there are definitely going to be some characters that are lost. Honestly I wouldn't mind not seeing Rock or Lizard man along with the Star Wars characters. It's too bad they don't just keep adding to the roster, that would be nice.
The fighting just seems a bit off putting to me...I don't know what it is. I'm just hoping this doesn't disappoint. Still want to see if they redeem themselves with console exclusives this time around...Star Wars was an awful idea even if you liked the series. But that's just my opinion. |

I love Soul Calibur, but I'm still likely not to get this. I'll try out my friends one when he gets in on the PS3 (yes, my opinion of this game will be decided on the PS3, that's how little I'm looking forward to this :/)
And agreed about SC2 & 3 being re-released on Xbox, those were AMAZING! I miss Necrid!
Also, I don't wanna see adult Talim, I know what SC does to their adult characters (think like Ivy D:) |
