"Gun Runners Arsenal", the latest DLC for Fallout: New Vegas has been released onto the Marketplace. The content pack increases the range of unique weapons, weapon mods, ammo types and recipes that players can uncover across the Mojave Wasteland. For those wanting a sneak peek of the DLC before deciding on a purchase, check out the screenshots here.

The famous weapons manufacturer, Gun Runners, has opened up their exclusive cache of armaments, including new weapons, weapon mods, ammo types and recipes. Their inventory doesn’t come without a price, though. Trek far and wide throughout the Mojave Wasteland in search of this elite class of weapons that range from the outrageously potent to the bizarrely impractical.The DLC adds five new achievements worth a total of 125G, but there's a small hiccup at the moment. The achievements have not been added to Xbox.com, so anybody who earns the achievements now will find that they are not added to their gamerscore. I would advise that you hold off from trying for the achievements until Microsoft gets their act together. If you've already earned some (or all) of them, you'll have to recover your gamertag and re-earn them once the achievements have been added to Xbox.com.

As a side note, the "Courier's Stash" DLC has also been released onto the Marketplace today. Unlike its companion, this DLC does not have achievements:

"Fallout: New Vegas - Gun Runners Arsenal" costs 320 MSP and "Fallout: New Vegas - Courier's Stash" costs 160 MSP.

They re still releasing DLC for the game while they refuse to iron out those console freezing bugs -.-

Quit milking this game and just make a GOTY edition, I learned my lesson by buying dragon age on day 1, will wait for this one too.

they are purposely ignoring the freezing issues just to annoy you.

im sure if they could, they would. ive had it freeze once or twice over hundreds of hours. few minor bugs. nothing major.

turn off auto saves, and if it does freeze at least it wont corrupt your save file.

They are purposely ignoring the freezing issues because fixing those bugs wont net them any money. DLC on the other hand is the milky way.

What, more DLC? Jeez I'm starting to hate them....Almost a year after the game was out and they want more money. Honestly, Fallout 3 DLCs were a lot better. Hope they release something a lot different from Fallout 3 for a change when they decide to make another game.

Wait...there are more achievements? Is this a joke? I thought I was done after Lonesome Road. Great, and I just deleted my main character from my hard drive, fantastic.

^Why would you delete your saves from any game on your hard drive? You never know when it'll come in handy again, and a single save wouldn't take up much space on a hard drive...

I've played the Fallout Series on XBox 360 for hundreds of hours. Fallout 3 says I played one game for 234 hours. Fallout New Vegas has one game pegged at 201 hrs. I've has exactly 2 freeze issues with Fallout 3. I've had 3 freeze issues with Fallout New Vegas. All of those freezes were after I had been playing for 7+ hours. Bethesda is NOT running a vast conspiracy against gamers. They do not want their games to freeze as much as you do. Do you really believe that Bethesda wants to see their games freeze and possibly lose you as a customer? Come on and be realistic.

If you wait until they show up on xbox.com, you only have to earn them once.o ok well i got 4 out of 5 but they were not hard or anything so i guess it wont be a big deal to re-earn them plus it will feel like I get double the gs for them lol.
