A bong is actually a very nice instrument to make weed not only taste better, but you also get a better "high" and it's better for your throat. So I applaud Phelps for using the right tools to chill out. Which also brings me to the fact that smoking weed is nothing to cause fuss about, but that's how the world works. I bet no one would have given a rats ass if he would been caught with a bottle of jack in his hands.
