UK Deal Roundup for November 29th, 2011

By Rebecca Smith, 5 years ago
We all know that the Holiday season is fast approaching. With this in mind, I’ve taken the opportunity to add a console section this week, especially as we’ve gone back to consoles being cheap across several websites. This section can be found towards the bottom of the article and will continue until the Holiday season finishes.

As usual you need to click on the name of the retailer or the name of the deal to be taken straight to the retailer’s offer page. Further details on the deals, including the best pick of the sale items, can be found in the ‘details here’ link, which will take you back to the relevant UK deal roundup that described the sale in more detail. Clicking on the name of a game will take you to the achievement list.

To start off the new sales of the week, Amazon are offering a range of Kinect-enabled and Kinect-required titles for just £20 when bought with Kinect and Kinect Adventures. This brings the total price of the bundle to £129.99. The list of titles that can’t be bought for less than £20 includes:
Kinect: Disneyland Adventures
Grease Dance’s Weekly Specials don’t include any significant Xbox 360 bargains this week, but their Star Buys still include some deals from last week:
Assassin's Creed II (Xbox 360) Game of the Year Edition - £7.85
Fighters Uncaged - £9.85
Vanquish - £9.85
• Wireless Speed Wheel - £32.86

Tesco’s Deals of the Week see them as the cheapest retailer for Ben 10 Galactic Racing at £19.99.

The Super Six Deals at throw out several discount codes this week. Buyers can continue to enter XMAS8 at the checkout to save £8 on purchases totalling over £80. However, to save £5 on purchases totalling £50, buyers need to enter 5XMAS at the checkout. The code is different again for saving £1 on purchases totalling over £10 – enter PARTY1 at the checkout. In addition to the codes, the list of Super Six bargains includes Rise of Nightmares for just £14.95 too.

As part of the Super Six deals, TheHut are also running a Family Fun promotion. This sale sees Dance Evolution and Just Dance 3 at £19.95 each. However, if the code FUN is entered at the checkout, buyers will get an extra 10% off that price.

Zavvi has started a promotion where buyers can purchase three titles for £18. Only Mindjack and Superstars V8: Next Challenge are worth having at that price, but there are plenty of games from other platforms with which buyers can mix and match.
