Kinect Sesame Street TV Detailed

It's been nearly four months since Microsoft announced its Playful Learning line-up for the Kinect for Xbox 360. At that time, four titles were revealed as being in development: Double Fine Happy Action Theater, Kinect Rush: A Disney Pixar Adventure, Kinect Nat Geo TV, a title from the Curriculum Team at the Sesame Workshop codenamed Project Columbia, and Kinect Sesame Street TV. Happy Action Theater has already been released, and Kinect Rush and Nat Geo have recently been detailed. Now, the first set of details have begun to trickle out about Kinect Sesame Street TV.

What Kinect Sesame Street TV will bring to the table is a TV viewing experience in which children can participate in two way interactions. Instead of simply watching their favorite monsters on screen, they'll be able to use gestures, voice commands, and their bodies to engage in the world of Sesame Street like never before.

As promised previously, new content is being created specifically for Kinect Sesame Street TV, in addition to the thousands of classic clips from the Sesame Street archive that will be available with the title. Further details are scarce at the moment, but as soon as we get them, we'll be sure to pass them along.

Having been brought up on Sesame Street myself, I'm curious as to whether any of you have any classic Sesame Street clips you hope will be included so that, you know, you can actually get the game for your kid, but will be alright with playing it here and there.
