Rocksmith Headed to the UK

By Michelle Balsan, 4 years ago
Back in October, Rocksmith, Ubisoft's rhythm title that boasts the ability to actually plug your own guitar in to play the game, was released in the United States. Then, news came along that Rocksmith would be headed to Japan at some point in the future. Unfortunately for those in Europe, the game was supposed to release near the time the US edition launched, but that has been held up by a lawsuit that successfully prohibited Ubisoft from selling the title for some time.

For those of you who have been patiently waiting, you can finally exhale, as Ubisoft revealed today that they will be bringing Rocksmith to the other side of the Atlantic. They even released a trailer and some screens celebrating the news:

Black Keys

In addition to receiving the game as it was released in North America, the European edition promises to include "exclusive additional content". As soon as we know what that content is, we'll be sure to post about it.

Rocksmith is settled to land on UK shores this September.
