Iguana Comes to The Amazing Spider-Man

The upcoming Spider-Man film will take fans back to the beginning of the Peter Parker story with http://www.trueachievements.com/The-Amazing-SpiderMan-x....htm, the obligatory film tie-in, set to do the same. Through the course of the game we'll be meeting enemies from the Marvel comic world and we can introduce you to two of them today.

Iguana is the first to enter the spotlight. He was created during a freak scientific accident when Dr. Curt Conners was experimenting upon a normal iguana while using a bio-enervator machine. As a result, the iguana gained the personality and powers of Connors' alter-ego Lizard. He also has some of Connors' own memories and personality. He has superhuman strength, the power to hypnotize people and the mental ability to control other reptiles.

This trailer shows the two old adversaries meeting again.

The second enemy was confirmed last month, but we thought that we may as well include him here too. Rhino is the alter-ego of Aleksei Mikhailovich Sytsevich. Systevich was an ordinary thug for hire who carried out work for a country from the Eastern Bloc. While doing this, he volunteered to take part in a scientific experiment that affixed a super strength polymer to his skin. This improves his speed, strength and durability.
