Global Gamer's Day Gets Dragon Ball Z for Kinect

Do you fancy becoming the ultimate Super Saiyan? Alternatively, do you fancy putting your back out and doing yourself a serious injury? Whichever camp you may fall into, Namco Bandai has the game for you. Last week we were finally able to bring confirmation of the much-rumoured Dragon Ball Z for Kinect, which sees players performing over 100 moves as they battle their way through the latest instalment of the franchise.

The game will feature over 50 playable characters. Namco Bandai has released artwork for ten of the characters that players will be able to use:

The game will also support QR code functionality, which allows players to hold up special QR codes to unlock characters and power-ups in the game. There will be over 20 QR codes available for use with the title. Here is another trailer for the game that concentrates a little more on the QR code feature:



Dragon Ball Z for Kinect is due to be released in October 2012.

Awesome, it clearly covers the Saiyan saga, I wonder how far it will go. I'd love to see Freezer. Vegeta is in it so I am happy!!

100 FUCKING MOVES WOW how are we ever gonna remember 100 moves with kinect? It can basicly only just cope with 20 commands on mass effect 3. Game's are neffo not better with konect!!!!!

Game's are neffo not better with konect!!!!!I know cause games are worse with extra features right? 100 moves shouldn't be too bad, many actions will be very similar and it will most likely show you on screen, prob only be 2-3 main moves per character.

OT I am psyched for this, my birthday is in October so just hoping this releases around the 17th, fingers crossed
