FIFA 12 Euro DLC New Trailer Released

Following the previously released screenshots for the upcoming FIFA 12 DLC, EA Sports have today released a trailer which introduces a new game mode which will be added to the title as part of the new content.

The new game mode called "Expedition", allows the player to start building a fantasy team and to take it on the road throughout Europe playing against each of the 32 national teams in the tournament. To play against one of these national teams, you first need to build a road between your own location and that country. After successfully beating the team you will be able to transfer one of their players into your own team thereby strengthening your own squad. However, lose the game and you run the risk of losing the road between the countries which will have to be rebuilt again. This may seem a little complicated, so before going into too much wordy detail, it might just be easier to leave it to EA and show you this video clip.



The "UEFA EURO 2012" DLC will be available from April 24th, for 1800 MSP.

Really can't wait for this. This mode sounds quite fun, and I'm almost certain there will be an achievement for completing that 'Mosaic'.

This sounds very similar to FIFA Street's "World Tour" mode, not that it's a bad thing.

Do we know if and how many achievments this will come with yet? Havnt decided one way or teh otehr yet if I'll purchase. Havent fired up fifa 12 in a fair while...

Unlike farming for loot the player can choose whether or not she/he wants to make every game the same. For instance using one and the same strategy.

This mode looks like Ultimate Team 2.0 sans $$$$ and haxxors xD. But it sure does look like lots of fun.

This would be once.No boosting needed for this one, it's not going to be too hard because you can play as the best teams. Unlike World cup game where you had to use some of the worst teams.

winning Euro 2012 online achievement will be a pain in the arse, simply because of all the arseholes that quit a match as soon as they are losing.

People really need to chill out with the server closure comments. We get EA will shut the server down but at least give it a year after it's been released, geez.
