Some time ago, we put out the call to add more names to the bylines you read on the front page everyday. After careful consideration, we have selected seven new 'hounds from the bunch, and I'm thrilled to be able to share their names with you:

I also want to thank you all for the wonderful applications that were sent in. It was very hard to narrow down the list, and I look forward to seeing the quality contribution these individuals will bring to the site.

Good to see more worthy additons to an already great team, it can only help lessen the burden on the existing hounds and provide an opportunity to cover even more stories.
