Earlier this week, Activision, Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games revealed the first details of two new content drops that will be available over the next couple of weeks for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

The first piece of DLC due to drop next week, will include two free maps specifically designed for the new close quaters, 1 vs. 1 of 2 vs. 2 game mode, "Face Off".
Totally new to the franchise, FACE OFF distills all the fun and intensity of multiplayer into a new breed of 1 vs. 1 and 2 vs. 2 close combat. Featuring smaller, super-concentrated multiplayer maps specially designed for FACE OFF to encourage strategy, skill, and teamwork like never before.
Later in the month, Collection 2 will hit the marketplace adding two more "Face Off" maps, along with new multiplayer maps, and two new Spec Ops missions.

"Collection 2" will be fighting it's way on to Xbox LIVE Marketplace on May 22nd, and will be free to Call of Duty: Elite subscribers. No price has yet been announced for a stand-alone purchase.
