In addition to details about five improvements - First Touch Control, Player Impact, Complete Dribble, Tactical Free-Kicks, and Attacking AI - released last week, we also know of a couple other improvements coming to the game. For one thing, two new passing options will now be available to players, allowing you to either "finesse passes over the outstretched leg of a defender or play lower trajectory lofted through balls into space or to teammates."

EA has also developed a group of enhancements that they've termed "FIFA 13 Fundamentals". Frustrated by referees making bad decisions in handing out fouls and cards? That's been improved. Feel like your goalkeeper keeps leaning left when he should go right? Keeper intelligence has been improved, too. Additionally, Tactical Defending has "added lateral mobility for players in defensive containment". Finally, because we know that how a game looks is just as important as how it plays in some cases, EA has added new animations for off-balance shots, 180° shots, and celebrations.
