New Inversion Screens Defy Gravity

By Michelle Balsan, 4 years ago
You may not realize it, because word on new IPs sometimes gets a little lost, but Namco Bandai's Saber Interactive-developed title, Inversion, has had quite the development history. First revealed in October of 2009 and intended for a 2010 release, news of the game pretty much immediately went silent till it reemerged in February of last year. At that time, Namco pegged the game for a February 2012 release, but sadly, they missed that mark, too. Despite all this, we have already seen a launch trailer for Inversion, which is confusing as the trailer was released seven months ago, but the game is still not out.

Inversion still requires a little more time in development, which means we get to see more screens of it before it releases. Here's the most recent batch Namco has released:

5/17/12 Screen 9

5/17/12 Screen 8

5/17/12 Screen 7

5/17/12 Screen 6

5/17/12 Screen 5

5/17/12 Screen 4

5/17/12 Screen 3

5/17/12 Screen 2

5/17/12 Screen 1

Inversion is currently officially set to arrive on June 5th in North America and June 8th in Europe.
