One price (that has been on sale multiple times) gets you all the DLC and access to the achvs...early and cheaper, even. |

| Only have an interest in Spec Ops and would not pay 1200 MSP for those alone. Why on earth they cannot release things separately as well as as a collection is beyond me. |

| The spec ops missions are so easy, even on veteran. So anyone afraid of not being able to complete it, get it. Did both on solo veteran in under 5 tries. |

In MW2 spec ops I had to speed run the mission in the boneyard and needed a co-op partner for the spec ops Estate level. |

Lol at everyone bitching at the price.
You get 7 maps (that's more than ever in a cod-game) for roughly 170 MSP each. (IF you pay the 1200, ELITE-Premium users get them even cheaper)
CoD4 wanted 200 each for a map, WaW was the same (200 per card), MW2 was the game to rip of people with 5 maps (where one was an old map) for 240 MSP each, BO the same.
So actually, MW3 is the cheapest CoD in terms of map-packs. And those maps are actually good imo, same goes for the spec ops missions which are kinda fun. That they'll only put it out in whole collections isn't surprising, and I think it's better than having to pay a whooping price like 240MSP for each map.
And other games aren't that different.. Halo 3 was even more expensive and Reach still is. Don't know about gears, but it looks fine. BF3.. Well, afaik close quarters will have 4 maps, 10 new weapons and a few dog tags (which no one uses), and tbh I would've never spent 1200 on back to karkand. |
