| Barely any zombies, more action based. I'll say this once if you want a decent resident evil then based your designs on the old school resident evil 1-3. 4-5 were terrible, the only reason I have interest in re6 is because it had zombies for a change which is ironic since resident evil is supposed to be about zombie outbreaks. |

Its just random things falling on their heads, random zombies that barely appear. If they ditch the horrible 4-6 camera for the old school tank camera then I might change my mind. |

| The camera in 0-3 made the games unplayable for me and to this day 0 is the only game I have ever beaten like that, because it doesn't add a scare factor, it is just the shittines off traveling through Blighttown in Dark Souls with its awful camera angles which inhibit every aspect of trying to play and be immersed. If I want a zombie game, I usually want to feel like i am part of the story, so either First Person or behind the back. Not watching off in the distance like a benevolent moron who likes it when the controls don't match what direction I want to travel in. I am incredibly excited for the new one, because I am not a completely fan boy and can appreciate where the games have gone. Which is to say, in a direction that makes them playable. |

To be honest the way the virus spread and the situation escalated...confining a game to a mansion or anything similar to that doesn't even make sense now. These new RE games are different, sure. They are still a ton of fun, though.
Resident Evil is on the right track, plot-wise, the game play has to curve out with it.
I love true survival horror and would love to see new title(s.) If they happen to be from veterans of the genre, that would be stellar. I'm just waiting for the next Condemned/Dead Space hidden gem to roll through, for now. |

Changes in gaming would be much easier to accept for people in they realized that games are a business, they are created to make money first, everything else comes after.
They don't makes games for us, they make them for everyone, so they have a chance to make more money with a wider audience.
We either have to accept that, and play games for what they are, not what we want them to be, or stop gaming and move on. I accepted this fact a few years back, and I think I'm a happier person for it.
I thought RE5 was a great game, not a great RE game, but a good game on it's own. |

| I hate to say this but I am officially cancelling my pre-order and plan on waiting for it to have a price drop. I have attended every midnight release for each game, even Survivor and I can't do it anymore. RE4 caused me to stop gaming for four years and this looks 10 times worse than RE4 IMO. |

| I think a lot of people's problem is that they're assuming that Resident Evil was supposed to be exclusively about zombies. Since the beginning, it's been about bioweapons. The zombies just happened to be a byproduct of the manufacture of these bioweapons, and they happened to stick around for a few games. If Umbrella finds something else that's better than zombies, they're going to use it and it's going make sense in the universe of the game. I see nothing wrong with the natural move from zombies to the parasite-host thing. |

| Looks like complete shit as far as Resident Evil games go. What the hell are they thinking? This is not Resident Evil and neither was Operation Raccoon City. They just need to start a new series of it's own. Resident Evil games are supposed to be survival horror not this. |
