Looks too much like Gears 3 as much as I like Gears I liked how they consistantlly updated their games and didnt do spin offs Like CoD does or GTA I mean seriously .... 3.0
(CoD still hasnt had a 5 and GTA had 5 or six games between 3 and 4) |

Looks really good to be honest. Interesting that People Can Fly are the developers, EPIC showing a lot of faith in the studio.
Maybe we will get Bulletstorm 2 after this is released?

| i am totally surprised at the rate of information coiming out on this game that was just announced and knowing geras3 hasn't even been out for a year... but... still super stocked about another gears. glad they are still going with the gears momentum. fuck yeah! |

| Seeing as how Bulletstorm was actually FUN, instead of just gritty and dark, will this be the first Gears title that I will actually *want* to play (as opposed to just trudge through to try to understand why so many people fall in love with such a mediocre series) ? |

Looks like it should be a 1200MSP 400gs arcade release at most. It looks like nothing has been changed from Gears 3 except how there is Horde vs. Beast (aka Overrun).
"Gears of War 3.1: The Beginning" would be an appropriate title.
Not sure what that laser gun is suppose to be, I assume it's a repair-ray or something out of the Transformers' Escalation knock off of Horde, which would make it a knock off of a knock off.
I love Baird and with the cinematic that came about from E3 I was loving the idea of this, but with this video, it really turns me off. Not seeing any cool additions to beast either, as all I saw was tickers. Fuck, I mean I've seen videos of screencaps from hackers who hacked early releases of Gears3 which provided Reavers, and we never saw any of that ever released as DLC which is shit. And being a prequel, I really hope they just fuck everything up and let me finally play as a drudge or a horde of formers, or even the bug things that spawn around the queen in Gears3. |
