| I can't wait for this. Brotherhood and Revelations had their issues but they were still pretty good. I just want them to release more details on the apparent co-op mode they have in store for us. |

I've not played Brotherhood nor Revelations, what's the multiplayer like in Assassin's Creed? I.E. what game modes are included? |

Revelations has all the modes from Brotherhood except one, and new ones, such as Wanted (You're hunting a target while being hunted at the same time) Assassinate (Everyone can kill everyone free-for-all) Deathmatch (Wanted except in a small sealed off portion of a map) Corruption (essentially the Assassins Creed version of any infect-the-player type game mode) Steal the Artifact (only the artifact holder can be killed, but holding the artifact longer yields more points) and some team modes, like Escort (you and your team guard an AI player while they reach checkpoints while another team tries to kill the AI players. You spend half the round guarding and half it killing) Manhunt (Spend half the round hunting people that are hiding from you, spend the other half hiding from them) Chest Capture (where one team guards the chest and one team tries to sneak in and capture them. Spend the other half playing the other side) and my personal favorite Artifact Assault (Essentially 2-flag Capture the Flag) You choose a character and pick two special abilities to have for that certain set, such as the hidden gun, smoke bombs, tripwires, throwing knives, etc. It's actually a lot of fun. There is indeed a ranking up/leveling system where you unlock new things to use in your profile sets, and videos that unlock the next part of the multiplayer storyline (it has a storyline) |

Sounds like the multiplayer will be much better than I was expecting! |

The single player stories were more than enough to keep the series going. Anyway, they made some good improvements for Revelations so I would assume 3 will have an even better MP aspect (even though it won't need it).
Screens look fantastic as usual. Really wish I didn't have to wait for this. |

| It really surprised me. And it's pretty easy to get into. Also, if you're planning to get AC3, you definitely need to play the Brotherhood and Revelations single player. The Desmond storyline is also continued and Brotherhood by far has the best cliffhanger I've ever seen. |

Really wish I didn't have to wait for this.Well Brotherhood and Revelations were pretty much to continue the story while testing the aspect of multiplayer in the series while the main team worked on AC3. Yes, AC3 does not need the multiplayer but it's been 3 years in development so I think we can rest assured they won't be sacrificing single player length for multiplayer! |

I was kind of hoping there wouldn't be any multiplayer in ACIII, but that's just me being a little delusional. I enjoyed Brotherhood's MP quite a lot but I was disappointed with the changes made to it in Revelations.
I'm sure there will be more changes made come ACIII I won't like. Oh well. At least the single-player looks somewhat promising. |
