Live Action Steel Battalion Trailer

By Chewie, 4 years ago
Capcom have released a new trailer for their Kinect strategy action game This new trailer is more like a short movie, with live action scenes of a group of Eastern European mech drivers led by a mysterious, dangerous blonde named the Black Widow as they lead the charge against some enemy mechs....or something. There are also explosions. The trailer is directed by famous Japanese director Mamoru Oshii, who is probably most well known for the Ghost in the Shell movies.

The game utilises a mix of Kinect and traditional controller gameplay, allowing you to play as the driver of huge, complex, mechanised units. Check out all our previous coverage of the 'Kimecht' game here.

Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor is out today (June 19th) in North America and June 22nd in other territories, including Europe and Australia. If you'd like to give the game a try first, the demo is available on the Marketplace.
