This looks really good actually. I could see the controls being pretty wonky, between the myriad of quicktime button presses and shifting between aiming and not-aiming (and being able to walk in both cases). Random gun tricks like the super quick turn around shot. Hopefully they get it right.
Looks like a nice mix of old and new, as far as Resident Evil goes. |

I personally, didn't care too much for Versus on RE5 though. The controls were clunky and it was just too slow for my taste, so I just made sure to get all the achievements and then never played much of RE5's versus mode again.
The trailer for this looks great though! Cannot wait for RE6! Looks like they're possibly bringing back the "classic" RE that's not quite as action-packed. And the graphics look great! No surprise there though; I figured it would :) |

Operation raccoon city is incapable of being 'good' in any mode.
It's a stain on the name of the series.
This looks okay...still looks too western. Looks better than 5 anyway.
I'll buy it of course, I have no choice. |

Onto Resi 6, it looks amazing. I'd like the old style back but it's not going to happen and I quite like the new style. Not as good but still good and fun to play. |

Graphics and atmosphere look pretty fine! Not excellent, but definitely fine.
But actually that pseudo-cool president-is-a-zombie scene was pretty pathetic and also the rest of the story-/quest-line seems pretty dull.
I hope there's more in the final game than just getting used to the new scenario quickly and then getting bored by the usual repetitive tasks. |
