| I don't think armor and weapons is a big enough incentive for me to order for the Thq store. If I'm going to pre order this I'll probably have to get it from Amazon or Best Buy depending on their bonuses. |

| Getting really sick and tired of these "Pre-order incentives" bullshit...Especially when it involves "free DLC". Stuff like this just reeks of an unfinished game, regardless of what THQ or whomever says what. |
My only complaint with wireless controllers is that there's nothing to slow em down when I throw em. |

| The last time I ordered from the THQ store (THQ.com orders delayed?), my game came a week after the release. |

On the flip side thq is really hurting for money so they are putting up these DLC's just to make you buy the game. You could say its a last ditch effort because if darksiders 2 doesn't sell we could be saying goodbye to thq :( |

| Things like this completely remove my incentive to purchase the game at all. One month after release DLC? I'm not paying full price for a game only to pay more when I can buy potentially better and far cheaper games that don't require me to buy half the content. As far as I'm concerned singleplayer games never justify this price tag anymore anyway. |

Fuck that, will wait till its £20 in about a months time. |

Bought Darksiders day one, loved the game, loved that it had no DLC.
Darksiders II would have also been a day-one purchase without all this nonsense, but I'll wait a while because of it. |

| Gotta say if you want people to preorder your game you should have put some more effort into your collectors edition. I definately seen better, I'd say it would be worth if the DLC has achievements. Just never want to see those season passes again just another way to get people to pay for skins and other useless gear. |

Now that is bad on THQ part I think..Should come on time for sure. Nice reason not to pre-order from them. |

You could say its a last ditch effort because if darksiders 2 doesn't sell we could be saying goodbye to thq :(I certainly hope not, that would mean goodbye to the metro series before it can even fully get off the ground. I'm currently playing Metro 2033 and liking it so much I've decided to pre-order Metro: Last Light. I'm interested enough to see where they go with this that I'll entrust them my money solely on the promise of a good game. After all, 2033 was good, why not Last Light?
(While it's not relevant to the topic at hand, it was a used copy of metro that got me into the series. If I didn't have experience with the series at such a cheap price I'd be a lot more hesitant to pre-order the sequel. So used copies can be a good thing for developers in my book.) |

| You know things are getting out of hand when a game like Darksiders 2 starts getting a season pass. I'll just wait for the complete edition then. :) |
