I don't have a problem with Kinect games existing, and I'm always glad to see it when a real developer isn't wasting their time on what amounts to more Wii-shovelware.

Games developed by IO INteractive follows link to congratulate IO INteractive on not wasting their time on this Kinect title OMG why are the morons that made Kane & Lynch and an easy 1k game working on the Hitman franchise!!! lol, had no idea who was making my hitman games all this time

I checked this week only to hope TH:HD somehow got pushed forward lol.

I would totally buy/play Mini Ninjas, if it wasn't for Kinect / if I owned a Kinect. They somehow have to start porting these mobile games to work with controllers right? I mean Surface has a USB port for Gate's sake.

So, is this a remake of the old arcade Off Road? The successor of Super Sprint? Would be very tempted, but from the looks of it, even though it appears to be releasing in late June (after the "deadline") it only has 200gs associated with it?? I really hate MS and their "achv rules" that seem so random!!

Here is a blurb from the initial announcement:
Publishers who release a game between April 1st and May 31st "have an option of which policy they would like to use," leading up to the new policy becoming mandatory in June.
Killer Punks...all that needs to be said.

Loved the original Mini Ninjas, but I don't have a Kinect and I shall never have a Kinect. So they won't be getting my money. Which would be fine, I can accept that I won't get to play certain games because I don't like the Kinect, except that the previous Kinect Required game on XBLA that I really wanted was Babel Rising. Which I couldn't get on my 360 because of that whole needs a Kinect thing, but discovered I was able to get on my PS3 and play on that despite not having a Move either, because it also supported the control pad and the motion control was optional on the PS3 version. Supported the control pad very well, in fact. Which leads me to believe that Microsoft are causing some games to not have control pad support simply because of their agenda pushing Kinect, rather than because it's not feasible. Just saying, if Microsoft think everyone will back down and buy a Kinect because they're trying to exclude non-buyers from certain games, it's not working, but it does suck.

The Walking Dead has been ridiculous.
I don't mind waiting, really, I don't. But the total lack of contact from TellTale is making the whole situation a lot more annoying.

Babel Rising is a Kinect Enabled game, not Kinect Required. You can play it just fine with a standard controller.
