Update: A new video for the "Local Justice Pack" has been released since this article was published. Here it is, for your viewing pleasure:

Original Story
Before Max Payne 3 even hit store shelves, Rockstar had announced their plans for DLC support. The "Local Justice Pack", which will kick off the DLC parade, includes three new multiplayer maps plus a new weapon, item, and multiplayer faction, along with additional achievements and Social Club accomplishments. Below are a few screens that will give you a glimpse of the new locations.

Departure Lounge
locjustice 1

Imperial Palace
locjustice 2

locjustice 3

55th Battalion HQ
locjustice 4

The "Local Justice Pack" will be available for Max Payne 3 on July 3rd for the special launch week promotional price of 480 MSP. This DLC is part of the Season Pass, so if you already bought that, remember to download the content from the in-game menu and not from the Marketplace or you will be charged again.

I still need to pick this game up, but not looking forward to having more multiplayer achievments added to it. Fed up to the back teeth of multiplayer DLC and achievements. Whatever happened to good old-fashioned single-player? Grumble, grumble...

I'm glad I didn't bother with the Season Pass for this. Got bored of the multiplayer very quickly.
AC1DGro0ve 3o3 - Less than 1500 EGO to go, but on a brighter note... close to maxing out reputation. Defiance is such a drain.

agreed croyden. too much focus on online multiplayer. they say it is where things are going in a business sense. so i guess additional dlc and multipley prices make up for lost money from players like me who don't buy games when they have online multiplayer with a regular rotation of dlc and season passes and online codes to play said nultiplayer. sigh. oh well.

You might also like to mention that all pre-order and retail DLC will also be released on July 3rd. This includes the Cemetery Map (160MSP), the Silent Killer Loadout Pack (160MSP), the Pill Bottle Item (80 MSP), the Deadly Force Burst (80 MSP) and the Classic Max Payne Character (80 MSP). These items will be free of charge to those who have purchased the Rockstar Pass.

MW3 DLC is on sale for half price this week, which I find surprising but there you go.

It is actually discounted $2/160 MS points because it is late. This DLC was supposed to be released in June, and they are going to miss it by a few days.

So is it worth buying the pass since the price is so cheap? Love this game. Need to get back to it.

The people who need that apology are the ones who have already paid for it via the Season Pass. Lowering prices via promotions to attract more people is standard practice, and Max's MP sure needs more people. It's probably out of the top 20 played Live games already.

SR3 season pass saved one whole dollar, and didn't include a bunch of "accessory" packs. Was on the fence about the season pass (been working on backlog and hadn't even loaded the game up), but this will probably be the push that gets me to buy. R* does a pretty good job with passes, no regrets on LA Noir.

...if all this comes out the same day you get almost half your Pass cost back already (1080/ 2400). Sold.
