Street Fighter x Tekken (PC) Patch is Live

Sound issues addressed and gem selector menu introduced

Capcom released a new patch yesterday for their fighting title, Street Fighter x Tekken (PC). With issues surrounding the audio of the title during online battles, players found themselves being distracted with flawed sounds. Once a decent excuse for losing, players can not be excused anymore as Capcom released the 1.02 patch yesterday addressing these sound issues.

As well as addressing the rollback and sound quality issues of online play, the gem selector menu has been introduced which will make for faster menu surfing.

The 1.02 patch for Street Fighter x Tekken is already live and will need to be downloaded when prompted after firing up the game.

Same problems with the 360 version at launch wasn't fixed when this was released a month later. WOW!

Had to wait for a patch for a glitch known before release....

I'd rather have some minor audio issues than push the release date back.

But you still haven't played the game, though? The audio problems are so far beyond minor.
