| Please, let this be good. In my own opinion Bethesda havn't made a bad game. I don't care about the bugs etc, with games the size of Skyrim, it's bound to happen. People shouldn't moan about it as they try their best to solve it. I for one can't wait to try this out. |

The "Special Edition" mentioned in the article is the exact same one that GameStop has already announced. It's basically the game, the Tarot cards, and the Arcane Assassin Pack.
If a more (for lack of a better term) substantial "Special Edition" is announced, we'll be sure to let the community know! |

| i really hate when they do these kinds of preorders at different retailers. i would like them all and there is no guarantee that all of them would make it into the marketplace. sigh! =( |

| Game is one of those i'd never know about without TA... This is starting to look really good but I still have a ton in my backlog and it can wait since I already have two collectors editions i'm going to be buying in the fall/winter. |

| I preordered this from Best Buy a month ago and their whole deal at the time was a free USB Whale Oil Lamp as well as a $20 coupon for your next game purchase. I don't see this mentioned anywhere. Is the USB lamp no longer on the table? If not, I will cancel my order and wait 2 months until this game is $30. |

Best Buy (by all accounts) is still offering the lamp (while supplies last). Which is why I pre-ordered there.

Does anyone know there is multiplayer? If not I will probably not pre-order this. But if there is I will pre-order it from Gamestop. But I wish the Amazon pre-order bonuses were better because I still have my $20 coupon from pre-ordering Gears of War 3 from Amazon which expires on October 31...
EDIT: Figured out Dishonored does not have multiplayer and will no longer be a day one buy. And I guess I'll just use my $20 coupon on Guild Wars 2. |

I hate store specific preorder bonuses. Its never going to change my mind about where I'm buying the game from but it very much annoys me that they try by giving better bonuses to some stores.
Still very much excited for the game, but Id prefer it if this trend would just die. |

I may be incorrect here (it has happened only once before though  ), but they are bound to annouce a special collector's edition for Dishonored with the amount of interest it is garnering. And I *probably* will upgrade to that edition, if and when they announce it and it is available at GameStop. |
