1. Walkthrough overview
Hi and welcome to my walkthrough for Self-Defense Training Camp (My Self Defence Coach in EU). Whilst this game is very straight forward and explains most of what you need to do in good detail there are ways to make this an even easier and smoother experience, which is what I will try to help out with here.
1. From the start there is only one class available and that is Self Defense Rehearsals. This part stands for about 1/3 of the game and achievements. This is very easy and might unfortunately bore you at times unless you really like kicking people in the groin (ladies).
2. After we're done with that we'll go for Reflex Training which is the only "demanding" part of the game but is still fairly easy and shouldn't give you alot of trouble if you're using this walkthrough. This part stands for another good 1/3 of the game and achievements.
3. Here we have Balance Practice which has very little to do with balance so don't worry if you have problems standing on one foot. You don't have to do it very often and the few times that you do it's not for very long. All in here goes very slow so a nice cool-down period if the reflex training got you worked up.
4. Cardio Workout with a name like this you might expect to head into the showers when done but it's not really cardio, I would call it a warm up class and together with Balance Practice you're looking at the last 1/3 of the game and will leave you with a 100% completed game.
