There is a trick that you can load the second half of the mission and still get the time achievement. All you need to do is complete the mission on easy in under the time which, by doing the trick gives you plenty of time. This can be done on all the missions.
Bigjimboski80This trick DOES NOT work on all missions as stated by young gunna94. It only works on a few of them with this being one of them. It was confirmed that this trick works on the first two missions and graveyard.

Zonker4EvrConfirmed working. Load "Neutralize Artillery" on Casual and complete under 50 minutes = cheevo. I even died a couple of times trying to push forward under the time limit and it still popped.

DadmixI loaded up hold the last mission destroy 2nd rocket and pop no problems so yep working no problems in 2022 so you don’t even have to do 1/2
