I used this Guide for my missing Super Jumps
http://guides.teamxbox.com/xbox-360/850556/Burnout-Paradise/...
It's very clear on the map, with additional pictures.
*Edit*: Click on the maps to enlarge them and to show all superjumps.
I'd strongly recommend the Carson GT Flame for doing the jumps unless you have advanced a long way into the game and have something better. It has a lot of boost so can pick up speed easily in the limited space you have before some of the jumps. As it's a Stunt Car it can boost from pretty much a standstill. If you don't already have it, race the Burning Route in the Carson GT Concept car. Then you will be given the Flame as a new vehicle at the Junk Yard. As a bonus, it's very very fast, so you should be able to pick up lots of Time Road Rules as you whizz around between the jumps you're missing from the list above.

To add to above, the Carson GT Concept car is given to you when you win your Burnout License, so you're a fair way into the game already when you get it :)

Um, in downtown's map, numbers four and five are missing. Haven't checked the rest.
