Complete one song as the guitarist. Simple. This can be done in ANY mode, just complete a whole song on any difficulty as the guitarist for this achievement.
EvoHeroI doubt it's important in the grand scheme of things for the sake of updating all these secret achievements, but the achievement is titled Some Kind of Monster.
