Completion for all four careers is based on the same requirements as completing one career (earn 72 stars and beat the song The Thing That Should Not Be)

Some tips:

-- The whole career on a given instrument does not have to be defeated on one specific difficulty--if there's a song you're having trouble with, simply drop down in difficulty, or better yet, change to a different song since you only need to pass a certain number of songs to unlock The Thing That Should Not Be. While songs like Fight Fire With Fire will be unlocked after a certain point in Guitar or Bass careers, you can still go back and play MUCH easier songs like Toxicity or Stacked Actors and likely get many more stars for your trouble.

-- Vocals are a slightly different beast than in GH:WT, so it's actually somewhat enjoyable to play on higher difficulties this time around. If you're still not feeling it, place your microphone next to something that makes a constant amount of noise (a fan is best) and select Beginner as your difficulty.

-- Band career is NOT required for this achievement.
dirty howy check this out. I have completed career on vocals, drums, guitar, and bass. I have the achievements for all four of those, but for some reason I did not get the Hollier Than Thou achievement. WHY? It is really pissin me off.

Ryno4cE it may be possible that they were done on separate hard drives or xboxes, possibly messing it up.

central perk 08 half my guitar career was done one 1 xbox, then the dreaded rrod, same hard drive different xbox for the remaining 3 1/2 careers no Hollier than thou achievemenet, really annoying especially for 150 g

Lobo Samhain All 4 instument careers must be completed on the same save file. I just made this mistake earlier today and had to redo the entire vocals career for it to unlockk

finallife6 its so easy for 150g just the vocals career is broken and very boring but at least its not easy to fail

ZX KNIGHT In fairness it only takes about 2.5 hours to complete this game, you can get it done 30 minutes a night in less than a week. :)

Kiwi Soldier So, if we did one career on one console, and the other 3 on a different console, can we still get the 150g??

KIllswitch9000 You need all four instrument careers completed in the one save file. I finished my last instrument and was then disappointed to not get the 150G. I went back and checked my other instruments in that save file and I was only half way through the bass career. From memory I lost my completed bass career when I had a one of my 7 RRoD! So if you have 3 in one file you will need to complete the 4th one in that save file to get the 150
