You can either spend time hitting the bears without a weapon or pick up a trap. Place the trap in front of the bears and scare them. You can then perform an ultra kill on them. This is the quickest way i found of doing this.
RayvenMorrigana I did this while wearing the sheriff naughty costume so that I could walk around without the other bears getting suspicious! :)
