These are the aliens clad in red armor. You'll find them hanging out in the palace at the center of the map and this is where they usually respawn as well. Kill 25 of them and the achievement is yours. For an easier way to accomplish this, use your PK on one of the guards then hit the X button to magnetize them together. From here, use any weapon to dispose of them without worrying about getting hit.
LSDintensity You might wanna add that the achievement is glitched. I had to kill 46 before I got the achievement, I was using the black hole gun to kill them, but I'm guessing that made it glitch, so for safety don't use the black hole gun! After getting 25 kills with the black hole gun I changed to the Disintegrator Ray, then when I got 46 the achievement unlocked. Also for the 100 superballer kills...that is also glitched and took well over 100.
