neither of the first to solutions are fully correct. When you appear back in the lab after killing the leader, go into your room and look at the wall above your bed and press Y. This will unlock the achievement. That is all you need to do. Looking at the writings on the floor in the lab have nothing to do with the achievement, and this achievement is not actually naturally unlocked during normal storyline progression. The achievement will unlock at the end of the credits.
Master Jihem The achievement is unlocked after the credits, which are pretty long.

PainBringer3 Yea, it took me the longest time to get this achievement because you actually need to watch the entire credits before the achievement unlocked. Its really frustrating how none of the solutions posted mention this.
