This is a no brainer that you will receive just playing the game. Pictures of you are taken during each activity, and the game places captions on them based on your pose. I got it after about 5 minutes of play.

Also as stated by "fatatopolis":
Kinect sharing must be allowed under privacy settings for pictures to be saved.
somethingi If you have your kinect set to not save photos, you can't get this achievement. I'm guessing it affects the living statue ones as well.

REALFOX81 Played that game now for about 3 hours and even didnt got this achievement. Glitched? The pictures will be saved under Memorys, so saving of pictures is enabled.
