If your playing on-line only the host will unlock the achievement. Also I think if you play this in a local match only profile 1 will get the achievement. Anarchy in the U.K. by Sex Pistols is easy to play. Play it on easy difficulty in co-op either local or on-line.
Desert Sparky This happened to my friend and I. He hosted playing guitar and he got it. I then hosted playing bass and did not get it. Going to try again tonight with me hosting AND playing guitar and see if i get it. I will let you know.

Sindarin Eagle I can confirm that, in a local match, only one player gets the achievement. (It appeared to be the player who owns the career one is playing inside, when playing in career mode.)
