Despite Encablossa be the final boss of the game I think he is the easiest one.
It's very simple to defeat him. When he is white hit him with magical attacks (magical shot, needles, etc), and when he is black hit him with physical attacks.
Prefer ranged attacks, avoid the flying meat pieces and that's it.
When he is on his last half life bar he involves himself in a big meatball. Don't worry, just continue hitting him with your ranged weapon and avoiding his rush with the meatball.
PS: As a general rule of this game, it's much far easier if you play it online with other players stronger than you. On a lot of situations you don't even need to touch the enemies, speacially the bosses ;)
