Beat the game on the Cherokee difficulty, you must beat the game on Normal to unlock the Cherokee difficulty.

Also you will need to watch the credits and step in the portal at the end for the achievement to unlock.

The only real difference than on normal mode is that there are no little healing pods peppered through out the game, so you will be playing the death minigame a lot more, other than that pretty much the same as normal.
White Shadows Does it unlock normal mode achievement too?

Guirec730 The hardest part of the game is the beginning before you get the death minigame ability. You might actually see the game over screen!

ll sider inc ll lol i first got it in mission 3 on cherokee diffucultie... but i realy hate playing this game twice :/...

but its my last achievements so i must do it :P

thejackpanda69 @ White shadows. You have to complete it on Normal first. Then Cherokee. It requires two playthroughs.

SpecopKinG USMC so dumb that you have to watch the credits i finally sat down to finish it again and the power went out half way threw the credits.... now i have to do the last mission over.....

Epsilon Theta There are no big healing pods either. So the only way to regain health is to die and hope there are enough wraith around!

Skadi And Omega Just one thing, I didn't have to play on Normal, I had the option to choose Cherokee straight away. i'm not sure why.

wHo FLuNg MuNG Just completed it the game. Game is cake on Cherokee. took about 5 hours today to beat on cherokee. Just hit as many health souls as you can during death walk and you're fine.

Syntr Ugh, it took forever, I had to restart a mission because I got stuck between a table and a wall. I actually liked this game at one point...

Anthony Ajax This game actually runs through pretty fast, not too hard even if you just spawn and don't do the death minigame. It's definitely a must play shooter, I think due to it's interesting story and unique mechanics. Plus, there's a really good song in the credits, and the ending is also very enticing. Makes you want to know more, if you're a sci-fi buff. Finished, happily.
