| After repeating the gold full session under cadio boxing, i figured there must have been a faster way to rack up calories. Under cardio boxing I was getting around 80cal per 12 minutes. Instead doing the Michelle Bridges curcuit-get fit I managed to get 112cal burned in 14 minutes I my first go. To find it, go to personal training, update my program and select that workout. It requires you to do it at an advanced level. just repeat the first session, it isnt too taxing. |
