After repeating the gold full session under cadio boxing, i figured there must have been a faster way to rack up calories. Under cardio boxing I was getting around 80cal per 12 minutes. Instead doing the Michelle Bridges curcuit-get fit I managed to get 112cal burned in 14 minutes I my first go. To find it, go to personal training, update my program and select that workout. It requires you to do it at an advanced level. just repeat the first session, it isnt too taxing.
INCANTATI0N While I only burn around 80-85 calories doing the M.B. circuit-get fit thanks for the heads up because it does appear to be the best/fastest way to burn the calories. Good find.

Ozzpot I'd just like to add; if you have the Cardio Boxing Platinum DLC, you will also achieve about 110-115 calories in 14 minutes doing the full session, making it equally as fast as the Michelle Bridges thing.

Spazpol Odd because i'm buring 127-135 calories in 12 minutes on the Cardio Boxing Gold. Guess it matters how much you exert yourself though.

SuddenThunder @ Spazpol, yeah, I was doing it a legit way, and everyones weight etc is different. Theres another soloution on here that says to max out your weight and it will make the calories burn. At least this way gets you a moderate amount of exercise out it it.
